This half-day introductory workshop is designed to help public servants increase their efficiency at work and better understand interactions with their colleagues.
Participants will learn self-awareness; how to recognize and appreciate personal differences; and how to adapt their behaviour to interact more effectively and build stronger relationships with their colleagues. This learning event will also examine elements from the Insights Discovery assessment, a tool that analyzes an individual's behaviour to help improve workplace communication, decision making and performance.
This workshop is designed for all public servant groups and levels and is offered at no cost.
