Access and Inclusion: Workplace Wellness
Today, almost four million Canadian adults report living with a disability. By 2036 it is estimated that close to nine million Canadians—one quarter of Canada's current population—will have a disability.
This session will be discussing the importance of accessibility and its effect on workplace wellness, examining the real needs of older employees and people with disabilities.
Brad McCannell's expertise in accessibility comes from both personal experience and practical knowledge. Since 2015, he has been Vice-President, Access and Inclusion, at the Rick Hansen Foundation.
