At some point during your work term, you might need to have a serious conversation with your manager. You may be looking for more responsibility, struggling to manage your workload, or having an issue with a co-worker. Do you know how you should approach the conversation? During this workshop, you will learn how to use the DESC model to communicate effectively, avoid conflicts and boost your confidence.
This learning activity is designed for all students working in the public service.
