Canada Beyond 150 Series

"Canada Beyond 150: Policy for a diverse and inclusive future" was a 10-month professional development program in which participants experimented with new approaches and tools to support open policy making and address future policy challenges. This program was designed to support leadership and skills development, as well as drive a culture shift across the public service.

  The Government of Canada has signalled a commitment to socio-economic inclusion and growth. As part of Canada Beyond 150, a Canada-wide group of new public servants was challenged to explore how emergent trends in areas like technological development, demography, and immigration can present opportunities to fuel greater prosperity and social cohesion.
