Career Boot Camp 2022: Back to Basics

Description

Meaningful careers in the Government of Canada are more varied and plentiful than ever before. To build a meaningful and long-lasting career as a public servant, it's important to first understand the basics of the government hiring landscape.

Hosted in collaboration with the Federal Youth Network, Career Boot Camp 2022 will explore the foundations of building a career in the federal public service and what it takes to thrive in this role. Participants will gain access to one-on-one coaching, helpful tools, and various resources to support growth as a government employee.

The main themes for the boot camp are as follows:  

• Demystifying the building blocks of hiring processes in the Government of Canada
• Strategically building your future in the government
• Thriving and growing your career in the government
