Description
The creation of employee networks and initiatives has been instrumental in advancing equity, diversity and inclusion in federal organizations. Members of networks from across the Government of Canada continue to work on projects and activities that are helping to address systemic barriers and ensure that workplaces are more representative and inclusive.
This EXecuTALK features a discussion with Dr. Rachel Zellars, who will share her insights on how executive leaders in the Government of Canada can contribute to sustaining the work of grassroots networks. Participants will learn about building capacity and working strategically to support employee initiatives in the context of the Call to Action on Anti-Racism, Equity, and Inclusion in the Federal Public Service.
