EXecuTALK: Leading During the Unprecedented COVID-19 Crisis
Managing your mental health during times of crisis is an essential part of the coping process. As a leader, it is important that you protect your mental health, and that of your employees, by acknowledging your feelings about the situation, engaging in dialogue with others and leveraging the many mental health resources available to you.
You are also being asked to establish new practices and ways of working remotely during the pandemic, as well as help employees adapt to the shift in the way we are required to work.
To support you in leading remotely, we invite you to participate in the next EXecuTALK—our first Executive Learning event since the beginning of the pandemic. This event is about how to adapt to the shift in working remotely during the COVID-19 crisis. Topics covered include ensuring employee well-being, preventing employee disengagement, and making sense of the unknown.

Louise Bradley, President and CEO of the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC)
As President and CEO of MHCC, Ms. Bradley oversaw the development of Canada's first mental health strategy, undertook the anti-stigma initiative Opening Minds, and created the globally recognized Knowledge Exchange Centre. She also oversaw the creation of the world's first workplace psychological safety standard, which has gained international acclaim.

François Legault has a wealth of experience and knowledge about mental health, having worked in the field of workplace and community mental health for over 36 years. His work has covered employee assistance programs, community mental health programs, addiction services and occupational health in Ontario and Québec.
