Gender-based Analysis Plus (GBA Plus) Awareness Week (May 9 to 13, 2022) provides an opportunity for public servants to learn more about GBA Plus and how this analytical process is used to explore the changing realities and inequalities of diverse groups of people. The theme for this 10th iteration of GBA Plus Awareness Week is #GBAPlusinAction, which highlights how the systematic application of GBA Plus can lead to more responsive and inclusive policies, programs and initiatives.
This closing event brings together GBA Plus champions from across the federal public service to discuss the future of GBA Plus and how to strengthen the delivery of responsive and inclusive federal initiatives. Participants will learn from the perspectives of GBA Plus specialists about how to continue the momentum of GBA Plus in the years ahead for more inclusive and equitable programs, policies, and initiatives.
