Leadership in the Modern and Post-Pandemic Context Series
The COVID-19 pandemic has been going on for over two years and has required a great deal of adaptability on the part of public servants in a very short period of time. It has greatly accelerated existing trends that will undoubtedly have a major impact on the future of work.
The new series Leadership in the Modern and Post-Pandemic Context is presented in collaboration with Université Laval's Faculty of Business Administration.
The talks during this series will be an opportunity to reflect on our leadership in the company of experts and researchers with a view to rethinking our governance models and reinventing the way our organizations operate. This collective reflection will allow us to learn from the government's response to the challenges of the pandemic and to chart a course to responsibly serve Canada and its people, now and in the future.
