Embodied leadership is the study of how to align actions and values in leadership. By fostering an environment where leaders and teams experience a sense of belonging and authenticity, embodied leadership supports the Call to Action on Anti-Racism, Equity, and Inclusion in the Federal Public Service.
This insightful event features a conversation with Dr. Rachel Zellars about embodied leadership and how it is critical to human-centred leadership and supporting transformation in the workplace.
The event will provide an overview of recent research findings and theoretical models and offer practical strategies for building trust and responding to conflict within teams. Participants will learn how human-centred leadership can help advance anti-racism, equity and inclusion and create meaningful and sustainable change.
