Description
Join us to kick off Mental Illness Awareness Week (October 3 to 9) with this important event on managing anxiety in times of workplace uncertainty.
While the degree and the rate of reopening vary across the country, some public servants are making the transition back to federal worksites. For some, the easing of COVID-19 public health measures and return to a "new normal" outside the home is welcome. For others, the change may be a source of dread, fear, stress or worry.
During this event, you will learn about:
- when a normal adaptive response becomes a disorder
- tips and tools for managing anxiety
- mental health resources and supports available
Presented by the Centre of Expertise on Mental Health in the Workplace and the Canada School of Public Service.
