This half-day session encourages discussion of the various ways that mental health can affect a workplace. Participants will learn strategies for improving and maintaining their own mental health and for supporting their colleagues in doing the same, contributing to workplace well-being across the public service.
It will offer an opportunity for public servants to learn about the resources available, build a network of colleagues who can support and advise them, and take ownership of a key government priority.
This learning activity is designed for all public servant groups and levels and is offered at no cost.
