Mental Health and Wellness Learning Day for Managers and Supervisors
This one-day session examines mental health in the workplace from the perspective of managers.
While mental health and mental illness are not new in the workplace landscape, their legitimate and legal inclusion as concerns for managers is in its infancy. Managers must continue to grow with the changing understanding of mental health and safety in the workplace as particularly challenging cases arise.
This workshop offers managers a foundation of knowledge related to mental health in the workplace, resources to consult for information and a chance to build a network of colleagues who can support and advise them when difficulties arise.
