The National Managers' Community, in partnership with the Canada School of Public Service, is pleased to present the year’s last session of the Managers’ Exchange.
Given widespread organizational change and the associated demand for a shift in culture, skilled managers are more important than ever. Distinguished keynote speakers will discuss the role of managers in addressing key issues, supporting government priorities and ultimately building the public service of the future.
This event has the following objectives:
- To provide an opportunity for managers and aspiring managers to network and learn together, further strengthening their community
- To examine management and leadership styles that contribute to public service excellence
- To discover innovative tools and practices to cultivate engagement and productivity
