One Year On: Updates on the New Approach to Memoranda to Cabinet

The Memoranda to Cabinet template and associated tools were revised last year to better support the government’s commitment to decision making that is grounded in evidence, results, partnership and collaboration.
Following consultations since then on how this new approach has been working, the template has been adjusted and the supporting guidance documents have been developed.
During this session, representatives from the Privy Council Office will highlight the changes and share important observations made by ministers. They will also be available to answer any questions public servants may have on the template and new guidance.
Representatives from Status of Women Canada will be on site as well to answer questions on Gender-Based Analysis Plus.
