Power Chat: Change Management for Mentally Healthy Workplaces
The Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer and the Federal Workplace Well‑Being Network invite public service employees to attend a mental health learning event at the Canada School of Public Service.
This discussion—the eighth in the Power Chat series, which aims to help employees understand and implement the Federal Public Service Workplace Mental Health Strategy—will explore the impact of change on mental health.
Panel members will share ways that individuals, teams and organizations can take action in support of a mentally healthy workplace, including the best practices, strategies and tools required to bring about positive change.
