This half-day awareness session encourages discussion of the many ways we can contribute to mental health in the workplace. Participants will learn how to improve and maintain their own mental health at work and how to support their colleagues as well. The session gives public servants an opportunity to learn about the resources available, build a network of support and take ownership of a key government priority.
Participants will leave with a commitment to create a positive environment for mental health at work and contribute to workplace well-being across the public service.
This learning activity is designed for all public servant groups and levels and is offered at no cost.
