Rooted in geography and bound by common interests, Canada and the United States have formed one of the world's closest bilateral relationships. Recent negotiations over the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement, and the decision to keep the Canada–US border open to essential travel and trade during the pandemic, have highlighted the degree to which our two economies are intertwined.
Moments of friction are ever present, nonetheless, and the current climate has many Canadians looking at our American neighbours and wondering, “What's going on down there?”
Join us for this fourth event in the CSPS Virtual Café Series featuring Maryscott Greenwood, Crestview Strategy Partner and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian–American Business Council, and Ron Kaufman, Senior Advisor in the Public Policy and Regulation practice at Dentons law firm and former advisor to President George H.W. Bush and Governor Mitt Romney.
