Workplace Accommodation Consultation Series
The Workplace Accommodation Consultation Series is a three-part presentation series for managers to learn about workplace accommodation, adaptive technology, and accessible procurement in the federal public service. During these sessions, managers will be invited to engage directly with functional experts and ask questions related to current accommodation-related processes in these areas.
This series was designed in response to feedback received from public service employees and managers through the 2019 Benchmarking Study of Workplace Accommodations and on information gathered through the 2020‑21 NMC Managers' Learning Needs Survey.
This series is brought to you by the Canada School of Public Service and the National Managers' Community, in partnership with Shared Services Canada's Accessibility, Accommodation and Adaptive Computer Technology, Public Services and Procurement Canada's Accessible Procurement Resource Centre and the Treasury Board Secretariat's Office of Public Service Accessibility.
Each 90-minute event will begin with opening remarks by Yazmine Laroche, Deputy Minister of Public Service Accessibility, or Arun Thangaraj, Champion of the National Managers' Community.
