Monique Ramdhan joined the Canada School of Public Service in 2017 and has served in executive positions within the Public Sector Operations and Inclusion Branch. She is currently the Director General of Executive Learning. In this role she collaborates with colleagues across the school and key external stakeholders to support executive leadership programs, curriculum, and initiatives.
Monique has 22 years of experience in the federal public service. She has enjoyed learning and working in various policy and program functions at Shared Services Canada, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, Industry, Science and Economic Development Canada and more recently at Health Canada supporting pandemic initiatives.
Monique is passionate about leadership and empowering leaders at all levels. She also thrives in a collaborative environment and seeks opportunities to support colleagues and the broader community.
