Diversity and inclusion are among the government's top priorities. This is why the School offers a number of learning opportunities for all public servants to promote healthy and respectful workplaces.
What we offer
What is a respectful and inclusive workplace? What role can public servants play in this regard? What strategies should be adopted to improve and maintain psychological well-being at work?
To enable public servants to answer these questions with confidence, the School offers a variety of courses focused on the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies.

Courses
Gender-based Analysis Plus (GBA Plus): Applying Tools and Best Practices (INC102)
This course provides the tools needed to apply the GBA Plus process and assess the quality of the analysis for best results. By examining a real-world case study, participants will learn more about GBA Plus considerations and concepts and how to integrate them as best practices into their own work and organization. (Virtual classroom, 5 hours)
